What happens when you place an order?

 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation.

 

If you pay via PayPal you will be automatically debited. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours (business working days) and refund your PayPal account for the full amount within 2 working days. If you request your order to be delivered to a place of business, just let us know the business name to make sure your shoes are delivered to the right company in your building. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

Payment

 

MyShoeCo accepts payment via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online please call us to discuss other payment options on 1300 663 257 Monday to Friday or contact us.

 

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will automatically be debited for your order.

 

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 

Stock Availability

My Shoe Co. online stocks styles from some of the most popular brands in the world, this means that sometimes some styles may only be available for a limited time before being sold out and made unavailable for online purchasing.

Our stock comes from our one central store so we can let you know straight away if an item has become unavailable. We are real people looking after you so we will always do our best to get you what you need.


In the event that you have purchased a shoe which is not available, we will aim to track it down for you and will notify you of any delays within two working days.

If you are after an item that is not listed online please do not hesitate to contact us and we may be able to find it for you.

 

Returns Policy

We want to make you happy by providing top quality products. If a product does not meet those high standards please return it to us within 14 working days of dispatch.  Be sure to check your order as we can not refund based on a change of mind. Excludes sale items, unless product is faulty.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

 

We always check the quality of our products but if you are unhappy with your purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within 14 working days from the date of dispatch.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, subject to availability. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within 14 working days from the date of dispatch. 

Exchanged goods will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned. A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy. Please return goods for a refund to: Shoe Co. PO Box 1407 Horsham Victoria 3400. Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-5 working days of receiving the good/s. When returning goods please ensure they have your name, address, telephone number and the reason for return. Please be specific.
